How are extra ad accounts billed?
Growth includes 4 ad accounts and Agency includes 10. Each account above that is a flat $4 per month, or $40 per year on yearly billing, added to your plan. Growth can hold up to 8 accounts and Agency up to 50. Starter is fixed at 1 account, and Enterprise has no limit.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Monthly plans are $5, $14, $49 per month. Yearly plans are billed once as a total of $50, $140, $490 per year, and extra accounts are $40 per year each. Any per-month figure shown next to a yearly price is derived by dividing the yearly total by 12.
Which ad platforms can I connect?
AdFence monitors Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts. Starter covers 1 platform; Growth, Agency and Enterprise cover all of them.
What do the monitoring layers do?
Each layer watches one part of an ad account, such as domain safety, account status or billing health, and raises an alert when something changes. AdFence monitors and alerts. It does not change your ads or campaigns unless you explicitly ask it to.
What happens when I reach a tier's account limit?
Growth stops at 8 accounts and Agency at 50. If you need more, move up a tier or contact us about Enterprise, which has no account, workspace or team member limits.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
