Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 3, 2026

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and Threasury Media LLC for your use of AdFence. Please read them before connecting an advertising account.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AdFence (the "Service"), operated by Threasury Media LLC ("Threasury Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, connecting an advertising account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AdFence is an ad account security monitoring service. It observes advertising accounts you connect to it, detects and reports anomalies and account changes, and notifies you through the channels you configure. AdFence is a monitoring and alerting tool that supports your own oversight of your advertising accounts. It does not manage your advertising, does not guarantee that every incident will be detected or detected in time, and does not replace your own review of your accounts, your platform settings, or your spend.

The features available to you depend on the plan you select. We may add, change, or remove features over time; where a change materially reduces the Service you are paying for, the cancellation rights described below remain available to you.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, agency, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to that organisation as well as to you personally.

You confirm that you are authorised to connect each advertising account you connect to AdFence, and to permit the monitoring described in these Terms for that account. If you connect an account belonging to a client or employer, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

3. Accounts and Credentials

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your AdFence account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. If your plan allows team members, you are responsible for the access you grant them and for their use of the Service.

Tell us promptly at hello@adfence.io if you believe your AdFence account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Connected Advertising Accounts

You connect advertising accounts to AdFence through the relevant platform's OAuth authorisation flow. AdFence does not ask for and does not store your advertising platform passwords; it holds the OAuth tokens the platform issues when you authorise the connection.

You may disconnect any connected advertising account at any time. Disconnecting ends AdFence's access to that account through the platform API. You may also revoke authorisation directly with the advertising platform, which has the same effect and may stop monitoring without notice to us.

5. Monitoring and the Kill Switch

Monitoring is read-only by default. Under its standard monitoring access, AdFence reads data from your connected advertising accounts and does not modify your campaigns, budgets, creatives, or account settings.

The Kill Switch is off unless you enable it. If you separately enable the Kill Switch, you grant AdFence limited write access used solely to pause campaigns on the connected advertising accounts you have selected. That access is used for pausing campaigns and for nothing else.

Enabling the Kill Switch means campaigns may be paused automatically, including when you are not present. Pausing campaigns can interrupt delivery, spend, and performance. You decide whether to enable it and on which accounts, and you accept that consequence for the accounts you select. You remain responsible for supervising your advertising accounts, for reviewing alerts, and for acting on them; AdFence supports that responsibility and does not assume it.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It describes the conduct that is not permitted on the Service, including unauthorised access to accounts, misuse of credentials, interference with the Service, and use of the Kill Switch against accounts you are not authorised to control.

7. Trial, Billing and Cancellation

New accounts may start with a self-serve 7-day trial. No sales call is required to begin, and the trial ends automatically after its 7 days unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Paid plans are offered on monthly and yearly billing terms. The plans, billing terms, and the amounts payable for them are shown at checkout before you subscribe, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount that applies to your subscription. Plan limits — including the number of connected advertising accounts, team seats, and how long monitoring history is retained — depend on the plan you select and are described on the pricing page and at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and are subject to Stripe's own terms. We do not store your full card number.

You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of the current paid period and is not renewed after it. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Service depends on advertising platforms and other third-party services that we do not control, including the platform APIs that supply the data AdFence monitors. Those platforms may change, restrict, rate-limit, deprecate, or withdraw their APIs, may change their own terms, and may suspend or revoke access to them. Where that happens, monitoring of an affected account may be delayed, reduced, or unavailable, and we may have to change or discontinue a corresponding feature. Your use of each advertising platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and retain it, and the choices available to you. Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies. Both form part of these Terms.

10. Ownership and Licence

The Service, including its software, interfaces, and content we provide, belongs to Threasury Media LLC and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own business purposes for as long as your account is active.

Your data remains yours. The data we access from your connected advertising accounts, and the content you provide to the Service, belong to you or to the account holder you act for. You grant us the permission needed to process that data in order to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it running reliably, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every relevant event will be detected, that alerts will always arrive promptly, or that monitoring will prevent loss, unauthorised access, or wasted spend on your advertising accounts. Alerts and reports are informational and are not professional, financial, or legal advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and where such law applies, our warranties are disclaimed only to the extent that law permits.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, advertising spend, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, cancel your subscription as described above, and delete your account from your account settings. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access where it is necessary and proportionate to do so — including for a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for conduct that puts the Service or other users at risk, or where we are required to by law. Where circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put the matter right. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law, continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the Service are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction over such disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there where applicable law gives you that right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, you may cancel as described above.
